Activate/Deactivate A Campaign

You may want to spend some time creating campaigns for future use or you may want to only use particular campaigns at certain times of the year. Whatever the reason, CASTANET provides a way to easily toggle your campaigns on and off rather than forcing you to delete and recreate them every time. 

Please remember that, when a campaign is deactivated, the stats will be accounted for in the overall stats but will not appear on your dashboard. 

To active or deactivate a campaign, follow these instructions:

1. Log into your CASTANET account and open the Campaigns page.

2. From the list, find the campaign that you want to adjust. 

3. On the lefthand side, you’ll see a column titled “Active” with a toggle switch. 

4. Simply click the toggle to switch the campaign on or off.

   1. Active: Toggle to the right, blue in color

   2. Inactive: Toggle to the left, grey in color
