In CASTANET, we make upgrading or downgrading your plan easy. Rather than needing to call to speak with a representative, we put the options at your fingertips so that you can make the best decision for your business. And, you can make this change at any time to match the fluctuations of your business. Even if you switch in the middle of a month, the system will automatically prorate your plan for you to account for the time spent in each plan.
To change your plan in CASTANET, follow these instructions:
Log into your CASTANET account and use the white circular icon in the top right corner to access your “Account” page.
Scroll down to the “Change your plan” section. You’ll see the plan options listed. The plan you are currently using will have a yellow tag stating “You are currently on this plan”.
You may switch to either of the other plans by using the blue “Change to this plan” buttons listed underneath their descriptions.
