CASTANET allows for syncing your campaigns in a Google Sheet. For more information on setting this up, please see this article.
By default, nearly all information will be synchronized in real time when sync is set up. However, you may see a delay of up to one hour for fields corresponding to a prospect’s activities. For instance, if a prospect replies to your message.
The following fields will be included in your CASTANET-linked Google Sheet:
LinkedIn ID: The unique number assigned to the prospect’s individual LinkedIn account.
First & Last Name: The prospect’s first & last names.
Email: The email address associated with the prospect’s LinkedIn account. Note that these email addresses are often personal email addresses. We suggest converting the email address to a work email address using Hunter.io or a similar service before contacting the prospect via email with work related content.
LI Profile URL: The URL assigned to a prospect’s LinkedIn profile. This may be generic or it may be custom.
Title: The job title a prospect has listed on their LinkedIn profile.
Headline: The headline a prospect has written on their profile.
Location: The location specified in a prospect’s LinkedIn profile.
Industry: The industry a prospect has listed on their LinkedIn profile that they work in.
Has Premium LI: True or false question regarding whether a prospect has LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator.
Influencer: True or false question regarding whether a prospect is on LinkedIn’s list of Influencers.
Birthday: The prospect’s birthday listed on their LinkedIn profile.
Num Connection: The number of connections a prospect has in LinkedIn. This will max out at 500.
Company: The company that a prospect lists that they work at on LinkedIn.
Website: If available, this is the URL of the prospect’s listed company.
Invitation Sent: Timestamp of when you sent and Invitation to Connect to this prospect.
Connected On: Timestamp of when the prospect accepted your invitation to connect.
Replied to Invite On: Timestamp of when the prospect replied to your invitation to connect.
Replied to Other Message On: Timestamp of when the prospect replied to any other message (besides the invitation to connect).
Replied: True or false question regarding whether the prospect has ever replied.
Replied On: If the prospect has replied to you, this will be the timestamp of their first reply.
Phone 1: The first phone number listed by prospect on their LinkedIn profile.
Phone 2: The second phone number listed by prospect on their LinkedIn profile, if available.
Custom Status: If you have set a custom conversation status, this will show for the prospect if available.
SalesNav URL: If the prospect has Sales Navigator, their Sales Navigator URL will show here.
Twitter Handles: If the prospect has listed their Twitter handle, it will show here.
Is Open Link: True or false question regarding if a prospect has listed their LinkedIn profile as “Open”, then allowing their connections to message you.
Is Job Seeker: True or false question regarding if the prospect participates in the LinkedIn Premium Job Seeker program.
Followers Count: The number of followers a prospect has on LinkedIn.
Follow Up On: The follow up date you have set for a prospect in CASTANET via the Inbox or Campaign page.
Degree: This shows 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, regarding the distance of connection you have with a prospect.
Post-Connection Follow-Up On: Timestamp of when you sent the prospect a follow-up message after connecting.
