With CASTANET, you can automatically export your lead's profiles to any CRM using Zapier or Google Sheets. By exporting, you can get a convenient list of insights, including your lead's name, phone, email address, birthday, industry, and much more.
Here are some of the options we provide to export your leads:
Exporting to Google Sheets
You can connect to Google Drive by navigating to Credentials on your dashboard and then syncing with Google Sheets. This will produce an export of each campaign you create to live Google Docs. Here are the instructions.
Exporting to a CSV Spreadsheet
You can export any campaign to a CSV and download it right away. Just click “actions” in the top right-hand corner of your chosen campaign.
Exporting Your Existing Network
If you want to export ONLY your existing network, you can create a new campaign to do so. However, instead of importing a new list of leads from Linkedin, click on My Network
The campaign will populate with everyone you already have a 1st-degree connection with. Once finished, you can do an export using your Google Drive or the CSV export feature, as outlined above.
Syncing Your Campaigns to CRM Software
Lastly, if you want an advanced process for exporting directly into your CRM or Email, you can use our Zapier connection from your Credentials.
