Sequence Actions

Within a sequence, there are five different steps you can assign to take place in order to engage with your prospects. Their definitions and purposes are listed below:

View Profile: CASTANET will open and view the prospect’s profile for you.

Follow: CASTANET will open a prospect’s profile and choose to “Follow” the prospect.

Invitation to Connect: CASTANET will open a prospect’s profile and send an invitation to connect. This will prompt a response from the prospect to either accept (becoming a 1st degree connection), ignore, or decline your invitation. If they accept, the message thread will appear in your inbox with the date and time they accepted, and you will be able to message back and forth. If they do not accept, you will not be able to attempt a connection with them again.

Message: When a prospect accepts your invitation to connect, they are affirming their approval to be messaged by you. LinkedIn does not limit the number of messages you can send. Messages can only be sent to users you are directly connected to. Within a sequence, you can customize your messages and decide how much time you would like to pass between messages. You can also choose for the sequence to pause if the prospect replies with the “Stop if previous message found”.

This feature stops the user from receiving a message if any previous message has been sent to them

Endorsement: CASTANET will open a prospect’s profile and endorse their top skill for you.
